Our Lady of the Assumption Primary School

Welcome to Our Lady of the Assumption (OLA) Parish Primary School, Cheltenham. We are a Child Safe school promoting the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children. We are proud of our Catholic faith and tradition and this underpins all areas of school life as evidenced by relationships, language and rituals.

We enjoy a strong sense of community, with this being one of our greatest strengths at OLA.  The teachers have a deep understanding of their students as individuals and of their personalities and this knowledge is used to engage the students to thrive and to be their best.

At OLA Parish Primary School we are a community dedicated to creating a collaborative culture of learning where children learn to problem solve and think critically and creatively.  We are proud of our brand new state of the art Community Hub, Library and STEM Room.

Our teachers are passionate about children, learning and life and we know that good relationships are at the heart of good teaching. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in Literacy and Numeracy whilst nurturing the wellbeing of each student.
